Brad Pitt Chats with Ellen DeGeneres Wed, 3-Dec-2008
All of you Brad Pitt fans should be sure to tune into the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” for an interview with the “Fight Club” stud via satellite from the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans.
During the course of the conversation, Ellen reportedly laments that she hasn’t been able to catch George Clooney, telling Brad, “We need George Clooney.”
Pitt replies, “Ah, I heard this. What have you been doing?” Ellen responds with a laundry list of her attempts to get his attention, including sending him everything from Victoria’s Secret models to Kate Hudson.
Brad jokingly responds, “This is your problem. Get a bunch of Chippendales- then he’s yours. Three, four… no less than three dancers. Make one a blonde.”
In the interview, Pitt also sympathizes with DeGeneres over the passing of California’s Proposition 8. That, to me, is an issue of equality, and I go back to the Declaration of Independence - that we are all created equal. We're all free for life, liberty and pursuit of happiness and that proposition was stepping on people's pursuit of happiness, people's liberty, and I don't think it has any place in our definition of America. So I hope we figure that one out." |
