Cameron Diaz Gets Her Star Mon, 22-Jun-2009
Leaving her permanent mark on Tinseltown, Cameron Diaz received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday (June 22).
With her Hollywood pals cheering her on, Miss Diaz joked with press before the event, saying, "It will be cool to be under people's feet."
The "Charlie's Angels" actress continued, "It really is the place where people can understand exactly that actors are not really stars - they don't exist in the sky, they exist on the ground just like everybody else."
Among the attendees for the day's ceremony were Cameron's "Vanilla Sky" co-star Tom Cruise, who brought along his lovely actress wife Katie Holmes. |
