Clad in a long black dress with a silver Chanel bag, the former Playboy beauty strolled about hand-in-hand with her rocker fiancι, picking up a few items as they shopped around town.
The outing comes during a fun-filled previous week for the two lovebirds who are currently engaged to wed.
