Carrie Underwood Scores a TV Gig Tue, 13-Oct-2009
She’s best known for her country crooning career following a big win on “American Idol” season four, but Carrie Underwood is out to prove she’s more than just a pretty voice.
The “Jesus, Take the Wheel” singer will be starring in her very own two-hour Christmas variety show on the FOX network this holiday season.
“Carrie Underwood: An All-Star Holiday Special” will include guests like Brad Paisley, Dolly Parton, and fellow “AI” alum David Cook.
The show will include special performances from Carrie as well, including her own hits and a few holiday classics peppered in as well. Underwood’s variety show will air December 7th. |
