Christina Aguilera Readies for Middle East Debut Thu, 23-Oct-2008
Getting geared up for her big concert tomorrow night (October 24), Christina Aguilera will be making her live Middle East debut at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
In advance of the show, the "Dirrty" songstress held a press conference earlier today - saying that she was looking forward to exploring the city while visiting.
I am only here a few days but I plan to have a few nice dinners and possibly see what the night life has in store for us, she said.
The city is really building up. There are great places to eat, great night life as well as beaches. It seems to have everything to offer, Aguilera adds.
According to press reports, Christina "is expected to perform in front of an audience of 20,000. The concert will be the biggest-budget music production the country has ever seen with a 14-piece backing band, a light show and a fireworks display." |
