Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy: Soho Sweethearts Wed, 11-Feb-2009
Just days after announcing their engagement, Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy were spotted out for a Soho stroll on Wednesday afternoon (February 11).
Looking ever-so-happily in love, the "Stardust" sweetheart and her beau laughed and joked together while enjoying the warming temperatures.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Dancy proposed to Danes during a romantic holiday in France, with the pair then breaking the news to Claire's mom Carla over the phone on her birthday.
Carla tells, "It was the best birthday present a mother could ever get. Hugh is such a wonderful man and we are so pleased for them."
"We were at the Museum of Modern Art (in New York), and Claire called me and said, 'There's something we want to talk to you about.' To be honest, I was a bit worried, but then she said Hugh had just proposed! Her father and I were both over the moon and went off to the St. Regis hotel to celebrate with champagne." |
