It’s a seemingly endless battle, and once again this morning Denise Richards was spotted, joined by her father Irv Richards, on her way to a Los Angeles court.
The “Wild Things” actress looked more than a little annoyed to be headed back to court, sporting a black short sleeved scoopneck dress with matching high heels and black sunglasses.
Since her divorce from ex-husband Charlie Sheen there has been a constant struggle for a custody arrangement that appeases both sides, hence the ongoing litigation.
Though Sheen has subsequently remarried, it seems that daughters Sam and Lola aren’t too keen on visiting their dad, or at least that’s what Denise is claiming. We’ll have more updates as they become available.
