Spotted out and about West Hollywood on Saturday (October 11), Ellen Pompeo grabbed up lunch with a friend at the Fred Segal Cafe.
On her way out following the midday meal, the "Grey's Anatomy" actress spotted a cute little dog which ended up causing her to break into a bout of laughter.
Meanwhile, Miss Pompeo opened up about being married to husband Chris Ivery and the thought of having children, saying, "We enjoy our life so much. We go to Europe and sleep in. So when I have the baby, I won't feel like we've missed any fun, reckless times together, like staying up all night drinking champagne and having sex until five in the morning and not having to get up until two in the afternoon."
Asked if baby plans are in the near future, Pompeo replied, "I've got to get on it because the clock is ticking. It's a huge lifestyle change, and I take that very seriously."
