Hilary Swank Takes Home a Hollywood Award Tue, 27-Oct-2009
She’s always been a favorite at awards ceremonies, and last night Hilary Swank banked some hardware at the 2009 Hollywood Awards Gala.
The “Freedom Writers” actress looked lovely as she posed for the paparazzi in the Beverly Hilton Hotel press room, sporting a sleeveless black dress with matching heels.
Swank was honored with an award for her work in the new biopic “Amelia” based on the life of Amelia Earhart.
Of the award, Hilary gushed, "I have to say it's something very surreal. But to have your work recognized? At the end of it all is something that continues to leave me speechless."
