Isla Fisher: Content with Motherhood Fri, 20-Mar-2009 Stepping out with her baby girl, Isla Fisher was spotted visiting a friend's house in Hollywood with her daughter Olive on Friday (March 20).
Following the morning visit, the Aussie actress held onto her little girl as they made their way past awaiting paparazzi and over to their nearby car.
As of late, Miss Fisher has been steering clear of work, as she has decided to focus on her family - with hopes off giving young Olive a little brother or sister.
"As much as I love what I am doing, and I am so fortunate to have the opportunities that I have had, my first responsibility is to my family," Isla told press. "That's my priority - and that will always be my priority."
When asked if she was planning on adding to the family, Isla quickly replied, "Knock on wood. I haven't worked for eight months and it's not for lack of opportunity."
"I haven't had the appetite to perform. Motherhood is my favorite topic personally but I'm not going to talk about it professionally because she (Olive) deserves privacy and her own life. When you ask about stardom, that's the most influencing factor in why I am not chasing that, because I need to protect my family. It's so important to me - that she is not exposed," she adds. |
