Janet Jackson: Rushed to the Hospital Tue, 30-Sep-2008
She was all set to rock Montreal over the weekend, but instead of giving a concert, Janet Jackson was suddenly rushed to a nearby hospital.
According to reports, the “Let’s Wait Awhile” songstress “got suddenly ill” during her soundcheck and it was determined that she needed medical care, hence the show was cancelled.
A bummer for concertgoers, the show’s cancellation was announced to the audience just five minutes before LL Cool J’s opening set.
As for Jackson’s current health, her rep revealed that she’s being monitored at the hospital, with no other details revealed. |
