Jennifer Lopez Talks Post-Baby Weight Loss Tue, 11-Aug-2009
With all of the pressure to look good in Hollywood, its no wonder Jennifer Lopez dropped her excess weight from her pregnancy so quickly. And in a recent interview, she confessed that it was no walk in the park.
As soon as J. Lo gave birth to twins Max and Emme, she was on a mission to get into killer shape again. It did take a lot of work. I thought it was going to drop off easily because Id been in shape my whole life. But it wasnt easy.
She continued, It was an uphill struggle. I had gained about 50lb while pregnant. The first 30lb dropped off like that and I was so pleased. Then I had to lose the last 15 or 20lb that just didnt want to go. I had to diet and work out a lot.
Lopez also revealed that she hates to be away from her kids for even a day. I hate being away from my kids. But we have devised this thing where I can see them on the computer. I call up on the web camera so I can see the babies while I am away and I just look at them.
It is so sweet my son just stares at the camera and looks. And then my daughter just starts crying when she sees me on the screen. She holds out her arms to me and gets very upset. It breaks my heart if I am away from them even for a short time. |
