Kelly Clarkson: Unlucky in Love Tue, 10-Mar-2009
With her fourth album “All I Ever Wanted” hitting stores today (March 10), there’s no doubt Kelly Clarkson has found success in the music industry.
The “American Idol,” however, hasn’t been so lucky in the love department. In the April issue of British Cosmopolitan, Clarkson reveals, "I've never been in love. I want to be so badly – I'm a hopeless romantic, but I haven't been there yet."
At the age of 6, the singer’s parents divorced, which led to her outlook on love today. She says it made her, “realize that relationships can be broken and people fall out of love."
Although Mr. Right hasn’t come along yet, it’s her girlfriends that keep her grounded, Clarkson admits, saying, "I couldn't function without my girlfriends. They're the first people I call if I feel down." |
