Mariah Carey: Living it Up in London Wed, 1-Apr-2009
Wherever she goes, she goes in style, and Mariah Carey was spotted leaving the swanky Claridges hotel in London, England earlier today (April 1).
The “Always Be My Baby” songstress drew quite a crowd of fans and paparazzi as she stepped out onto the London street, accompanied by security and smiling from ear to ear.
And it seems Mariah has been doing quite a bit of traveling as of late, as her husband Nick Cannon whisked her off to Barbados last week for a romantic birthday getaway. Included in the vacation was a private dinner for Carey and 11 of her closest friends at the Whispers on the Bay restaurant.
A source close to the couple told press, "Because she's been working extremely hard for the past few months recording new music for the album, it was important to Nick that the trip be a very relaxing one, where Mariah and her friends could truly enjoy themselves."
After the dinner, "We watched them stroll down to the beach for a romantic walk. They were very playful and affectionate the entire time ... and very down to earth and extremely gracious to all of the staff." |
