Nicole and Joel Tweet About Sparrow Thu, 10-Sep-2009
Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are so overjoyed with their new arrival – they’ve been busily tweeting away about their newborn son, Sparrow.
The two are spilling all the news about their baby, writing, “What a great day to come back on Twitter,” wrote Richie. “Thank you everyone for your well wishes. I love my family!!”
Meanwhile, father Madden is also excited. “1st day of his life & my son is already a trending topic on twitter. That’s right son, ur just like your old man.”
Sparrow James Midnight Madden was brought into the world at 7lbs. 14 oz in the middle of the night early Wednesday morning. He joins sister Harlow Winter Kate Madden, who was born back in January of 2008.
After giving birth, Richie wrote on her Web site: "Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes."
