She’s never one to turn down a publicity opportunity, and last night (October 28) Olivia Palermo was spotted at the GQ Gentlemen’s Ball 2009 in New York City.
The “City” babe was all smiles as she arrived at the Edison Ballroom, sporting a black and navy blue getup as she posed for the paparazzi.
The night before, Olivia was spotted out and about in the Big Apple, enjoying a night out on the town with her hunky beau.

I would take vertical sections curling away from the face and spray with workable hairspray, this way you can keep using it and the hair won’t get stiff.
