Pink Steps Out for PETA in Paris Mon, 9-Mar-2009
She’s always been a big proponent of individuality, and earlier today Pink was spotted arriving at the Stella McCartney fashion show/PETA press conference in Paris, France.
The “So What” songstress looked super chic in a red jacket with bleached-blonde hair as she eyed the paparazzi before making her way inside.
Taking the podium for her cause, Pink teamed up with McCartney, British comic Ricky Gervais, and PETA to mount a major assault during the current Paris Fashion Week, including a new television commercial.
The TV spot has the “God is a DJ” singer voicing an alligator whose skin has been taken for a woman’s purse, while Gervais plays a rabbit whose pelt makes up the woman’s coat. Both animals request that their skins be returned in a pointed statement that “All Exotic Skins and Furs are Stolen.” |
