Tom Cruise Steers Clear of Politics Mon, 11-May-2009 Although there has been some speculation as to his future involvement in the political system, Tom Cruise has come out to say he’s going to stick with his current career.
The “Eyes Wide Shut” stud has set the record straight, saying he’ll never embark on a career in politics as he’s perfectly happy making movies.
Cruise stated, “I’m an actor, not a politician. Acting is what I’m good at, what I’ve been trained to do. I’d never do politics. I think I have the better job!”
And while it’s probably a smart career choice for Tom, it sure would be fun to see First Lady Katie Holmes and First Daughter Suri in the White House someday! |
