Tom Wants to Cruise with John Travolta Tue, 23-Jun-2009
Trying to do what he can to help his longtime friend and fellow Scientologist, Tom Cruise has made quite the gesture to John Travolta following the death of his son, Jett, earlier this year.
According to a new report, the “Top Gun” stud picked his “Grease” actor pal up “a top-of-the-line Harley-Davidson and proposed a road trip for just the two of them, from L.A. to Austin, Texas.”
“John was really bowled over by Tom’s thoughtfulness and generosity, but so far the bike has remained parked in his garage,” a source told the National Enquirer.
The tabloid’s insider added, “John says he’ll take Tom up on the offer eventually, but right now he can’t get in the spirit of it.”
Aside from Cruise, Travolta has also been blessed with an outpouring of support from the cast of his new movie “The Taking Of Pelham 123”. |
