The I Am Legend stud looked a bit preppy as he exited ABC Studios in New York City, stopping off to sign a ton of autographs for fans, including one admirer who offered her checkbook as a signature pad.
According to a recent report on FOX News, Mr. Smith and his family gave an estimated $1.3 million to various religious, civic, and art charities last year.
Will diversified his giving quite well, giving $250,000 to Yesha Ministries of Philadelphia, $200,000 to Living Waters Christian Ministry and $122,500 to the Church of Scientology.
Earlier this year, Smith told press about his love for all world religions, saying, "
Im a student of world religion. I was raised in a Baptist household, I went to a Catholic school, but the ideas of the Bible are 98 percent the same ideas of Scientology, 98 percent the same ideas of Hinduism and Buddhism." |
